Hekmatullah likely to be released in Taliban peace talks

Hekmatullah murdered three Australian soldiers while they were playing cards in 2012. He's among 400 "extreme cases" being considered for release in Afghanistan. Peace talks with the Taliban will see the release of 5,000 prisoners
