Police have made an arrest over the decades-old brutal murder of 17-year-old Michelle Bright in the tiny NSW town of Gulgong, just a day after offering a $1 million reward.
Ms Bright was last seen alive on Saturday February 27, 1999, when a friend dropped her off at Herbert Street, Gulgong, after a birthday party.
Her body was found three days later in long grass by the side of Barneys Reef Road.
