WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States imposed sanctions yesterday (Thursday) on a pro-Russian Ukrainian lawmaker Andriy Derkach who is linked to Republican efforts to dig up dirt on Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and his son Hunter.
