Ren Zhiqiang jailed for 18 years

Tycoon Ren Zhiqiang, who criticised Chinese President Xi Jinping's response to COVID-19, jailed for 18 years. He was found guilty of criticising propaganda that portrayed Mr Xi and other leaders as rescuing China from the coronavirus.(AP)
