Abdul Nacer Benbrika High Court case

Abdul Nacer Benbrika has finished his 15-year prison sentence last month, though Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton says he remains a "significant threat". The High Court will decide whether the Commonwealth can keep him behind bars.
