A tour guide says he regularly sees tourists climb over safety barriers at the Grampians National Park lookout where a 38 year old woman from Melbourne fell to her death on Saturday.
The woman slipped on a safety barrier at Boroka Lookout and fell 80 metres in what a police media spokesperson called a "tragic accident".
