4000 Russian troops surrender

 

More than 4,300 Russian troops have made use of the hotline setup by the I Want to Live project, looking for ways to safely surrender to Ukrainian forces, the project spokesman Vitaliy Matvienko told Ukrainian TV channel FREEDOM on Dec. 15.
