Alexander Pinnock, 34, was identified as the man who became agitated with his doctor and pulled out a firearm at Junction Street Medical Centre in Nowra yesterday.
At 2.40pm he
was shot dead in the foyer of the medical centre after he approached police with
a Glock pistol.
Pinnock had earlier told his doctor during his appointment he
would be "dead by 4pm". And he was right.
