Former Labor MP Craig Thomson is allowed to visit
India despite concerns he may not return. He’s accused of being the primary facilitator of more than 130 fraudulent visa
applications over four years, yielding him more than $2m profit.
He is due to be sentenced for a separate fraud
matter in February.........
