Aussie gold medalist Rohan Dennis is accused of hitting his wife of six-years with a ute at their home in Medindie, in Adelaide’s northern suburbs on Saturday night.
Paramedics were called to the scene but Melissa died within hours at Royal Adelaide Hospital.
He was released on bail to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court again in March.
