Judge Arthur Engoron ordered Donald Trump Organization to pay $350 million in damages for bank fraud, and bars him "from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in New York for a period of three years." His two sons are also banned and fined $4 million.
So who will win? The American Justice System or Donald Trump.
