The UNRWA say its activities are purely
humanitarian. They employ 13,000 people
in the Gaza Strip to run schools and healthcare clinics and describe its
activities as purely humanitarian.
However, a six page Israeli intelligence
dossier, seen by Reuters, further alleges that some 190 UNRWA employees,
including teachers, have doubled as Hamas or Islamic Jihad militants.
