Prabha Arun Kumar was fatally stabbed around 9.30pm in
Parramatta Park in March 2015. Police
now believed the murder was "a targeted attack" and have offered a
$1m reward for information.
Ms Kumar was an IT worker and planned to return to India in
the weeks following her death.
At the time of her murder, Ms Kumar was on the phone to her husband in India who is said to be having an affair with another woman but he is not the only person of interest.
