Kamala Harris' first priority as President

 

Kamala Harris says her first priority as president is to "stop this pain" resulting from abortion bans.   

"I pledge to you, when Congress passes a bill to restore reproductive freedom nationwide, as President of the United States, I will proudly sign it into law."
