doctors have been reminded not to prioritise coronavirus patients at the
expense of others in new ethical guidance backed by royal colleges. The
guidelines were drawn up by the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) amid worries
that a shortage of ventilators and beds could
force doctors to make difficult decisions on which patients get lifesaving
treatment
