Justin Kenneth Radford, 29, was arrested by the Australian Federal Police in February after he allegedly filmed himself sexually abusing children. He has been hit with 80 new charges including inciting a child to perform a sexual act, possessing or controlling child abuse material and bestiality. His arrest led to the unravelling of a national pedophile network.
