A US Navy engineer has been arrested
for selling nuclear submarine secrets to a foreign official who was an
undercover FBI agent. Jonathan Toebbe
and his wife, Diana Toebbe, were arrested and charged with violating the Atomic
Energy Act after attempting to sell the design of nuclear-powered warships to a
person they believed was a representative of a foreign power.
