Christopher Gregor on trial

Christopher Gregor 31, a New Jersey father, forced his six-year-old son Corey to run on a treadmill because the child was “too fat”.   The rapid speed was far too quick for the little boy’s legs and he kept falling off only to be forced back on to try again and again.

The next day, Gregor rushed the boy to hospital when he woke up from a nap stumbling, slurring his words and experiencing nausea and shortness of breath.

He suffered a seizure and died in hospital.

In this case as in many others, the child is abused because the law states that he must see his father on a regular basis – shared custody is a requirement when couples divorce, even if the father is a psychopath, like this man.
