Russell Hill's daughter says evidence withheld in Greg Lynn's trial

 

Russell Hill’s daughter Debbie is suing Greg Lynn, the man who was acquitted of murdering her father in Victoria’s High Country four years ago.  

Ms Hill said it was a “big shock” some of the evidence against Mr Lynn was deemed inadmissible and not heard before the court.
