William Newbold 80, has been released from custody after he was charged over the alleged sexual assault of an 87-year-old woman with dementia at an aged care home in the Hills District in Sydney. Police allege he knew the woman was cognitively impaired.
He was visiting another resident
at the facility when he allegedly entered the woman's room and had
non-consensual sexual contact with her on two occasions earlier in the week.
