Wade Wilson, nicknamed the 'Deadpool killer' was sentenced to
death last month. He was impassive when
the sentence was read but there was cheering and applause from the gallery.
In June, he was found guilty of killing Kristine Melton and
Diane Ruiz on 6 October 2019.
Wilson's lawyers argued he suffered brain damage from drug
addiction and had abandonment issues stemming from being given up for adoption
by his biological parents.
His appeal is currently underway.
