Stewart Rosenwasser 72, a former US prosecutor and retired
judge killed himself yesterday with a self-inflicted gunshot wound as the FBI arrived
at his home in New York to arrest him.
Federal prosecutors allege that Rosenwasser had been taking
bribes worth $63,000 while working inside the Orange County District Attorney's
Office.
