Red Cross and Salvation Army hanging onto bushfire disaster funds

Australian Red Cross and Salvation Army charities pay fewer than half of donations to bushfire victims

The Red Cross has distributed 40 per cent of the $200 million raised for bushfire victims

The Salvation Army has paid $19 million, or 46 per cent, of donated fund


So we know what will happen next time when disaster strikes and the public are asked to donate.  Oh yes we do.
