In September 2022 Geoff, Trudy and Jeremy Clark appeared in Melbourne Court via video-link for a directions hearing for alleged fraud trials involving former Framlingham Aboriginal Trust.
However the trial was postponed for at least 12 months and as yet, no trial date has been released.
