Toddler dies during afternoon nap in the Bronx

 

Nicholas Dominici died during an afternoon nap after inhaling fentanyl at ‘Divino Nino’ a day care centre in the Bronx.  Three other children were saved by a Narcan injection. It was an open secret that the centre was operating as a drug front.
