What does the proposed ceasefire mean for Jewish and Palestinian communities in Australia?

 

After 468 days of war, Israel and Hamas have finally reached a deal to end the fighting and free the hostages. Celebrations have broken out across Gaza and in Israel but doubt still hangs over whether the deal will hold. Those feelings of cautious hope are mirrored here in Australia, in both Palestinian and Jewish communities…..
