This week, RFK Jr announced the US would stop funding the global vaccine alliance, Gavi - the Vaccine Alliance that helps vaccinate more than half the world’s children against deadly infectious diseases.
GAVI says it has helped vaccinate more than 1.1 billion children in 78 low-income countries since its founding in 2000, preventing 18.8 million future deaths.
