Marysville on the 17th January 2009
Artist Bruno Torfs
On the 17th January I wrote about Bruno Torfs, a talented artist from Marysville. After many years of hard work he transformed his garden into a magical wonderland, filled with his imaginative sculptures.
Now Marysville is no more, 100 of it's 519 residents are now feared dead after last Saturday and the town is a burnt out shell. I can only assume that this beautiful garden has been destroyed and pray that he and his young family are safe.
