Galapagos Archipelago tortoises



Hood Island giant tortoises after being released by park rangers on Española in the Galápagos archipelago. Diego, a centenarian giant tortoise considered a super male by saving his species from extinction in the Ecuadorian Galapágos archipelago, was returned to his native Española after breeding in captivity for several decades
