Elon Musk has
suggested that an election should be held in the regions annexed by Russia,
supervised by the United Nations and that Russia must leave "if that is
the will of the people".
He also said
that Crimea should be declared as a part of Russia because it “has been” Russian
territory since 1783 “until Khrushchev’s mistake.”
