Restaurateur
and TV chef Bill Granger has died in a London hospital, aged 54 following a
battle with cancer. The Melbourne-born food identity died on Christmas Day.
He wrote 14 cookbooks, made 5 television series and was
awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia last January.
