Fayez Al-Hasani, recently granted a visa to Australia, has previously hosted political members of listed terror organisations at his Gaza art institute, and had multiple brothers and sons affiliated with the same violent groups.
Al-Hasani
was born in Al-Shati refugee camp in Gaza Strip in 1958. He earned a BA in Fine
Arts from the School of Fine Arts at Helwan University in Cairo in 1980. He
worked as an Art teacher at the Teachers’ Institute in Algeria in the years
1980-91. Then, he returned to Gaza and taught Art at the UNRWA Education
Department in the years 1993-2011.
