An accused paedophile from Western Australia who is a member of the
so-called 'Evil 8' will reappear before a NSW court after being refused bail.
Alfred John Impicciatore failed to show up to a Perth court on Monday
and was found by NSW police at Merriwa, in the state's Hunter region on Friday
afternoon.
He is accused of sexually abusing a girl who was aged between 11 and 13
when she was pimped out by her father, and has pleaded not guilty to offences
including sexually penetrating a child in 2015.
The matter appeared at Newcastle Local Court on Saturday, where
Impicciatore did not apply for bail and bail was formally refused.
He will remain in custody until Monday when his case matter will
reappear in Newcastle Local Court.
