A young Pakistani man has walked into a courtroom in the north-western city of Peshawar and shot and killed a fellow Muslim who was on trial for blasphemy. It was not immediately clear how the assailant managed to get into the court amid tight security. Blasphemy can carry a sentence of life in prison or the death penalty in Pakistan.
