The owners of a terraced house that Banksy used as the canvas for his latest artwork have pulled out of its sale at the eleventh hour after the property potentially rocketed in value.
Aileen Makin, 57, was due to exchange contracts on the modest family home in Totterdown, Bristol, next week.
But the family changed their minds after the elusive street artist, who is believed to be Robin Gunningham, a former Bristol public schoolboy, confirmed the work was his.
