Hold back from joining Defence Force, says Senator Jacqui Lambie

"I'm a mother of someone who serves in the Defence Force and I'll say if your children are thinking about joining up, for the time being I'd try to hold them back to be honest with you. It is not in good condition...it's a mess in there right now" Senator Lambie said. "To those guys doing it really tough, try and talk to your mates... reach out to your family. Try and get as much help as you can. Try and talk to your mates, I know that's difficult, and if in doubt, ring my office."
