Anthony Hopkins portrays Anthony, an
older man who has lived in the same apartment for many years. He likes to sit
in his chair and listen to his records.
His daughter Anne visits daily but on this day, she brings with her two pieces of news. The first is his latest in-home helper has quit after a recent, blazing row. The second is that she is moving to Paris.
