A Melbourne woman - Kanwaleen Bhelley - has lost her court battle for compensation after she slipped on a piece of lettuce at the supermarket and claimed the fall caused her knee and spinal injuries.
The panel found she had suffered age-related degenerative changes not linked to the fall.
