Northern
Territory Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price is drafting a private bill to
reinstate long-term alcohol bans in remote Northern Territory
Indigenous communities.
Aboriginal
health services are among those reporting increases in alcohol-related issues
since the bans were lifted.
The
bans were put in place as part of the NT Emergency Response in 2007.
