The federal government has made an eleventh-hour admission
that NDIS participants could foot the bill for a new mandatory test being
imposed on people with a disability, which would determine how much funding
they can receive.
Instead of using a medical diagnosis, an NDIS participant
would undertake a needs assessment to calculate what supports they require, and
determine an appropriate budget....................
