Surya Durai, 34, is a resident of Box Hill in Sydney's northwest, 48km from the CBD.   He has to compromise with a long commute, a lack of infrastructure and severe heat, in exchange for more affordable housing.  He plans to move closer to the city, maybe a unit.........................
