Australia's largest bank is under fire for account changes that slug customers $3 to withdraw their own money.
From 6 January, customers with a Complete Access Account will be automatically moved to a Smart Access Account.
The Smart Access account includes an "assisted withdrawal fee" $3 every time the customer takes out cash from bank branches, post offices or over the phone.
An outrageous decision from a bank who made $9.8 billion profit in the 2024 financial year.
