We've been exploring Sturt National Park for the past few days. It is the most amazing landscape. It's a semi arid desert that is home to so much wildlife. Kangaroos and emus are grazing the gibber plains. Central netted dragons, bearded dragons and the tiny painted dragons can be seen everywhere. Wedge Tail Eagles are soaring above. But it was these cute budgies that stole my heart. They literally filled the trees around the waterhole we found. Every branch looked like this! The chirping sound was wonderfully loud.
