Small Laughing Dove sheltering from the strong winds and rain in Mount Lawley, on Saturday.   Perth saw record rainfall over Friday and Saturday morning, measuring in at 130mm over those two days alone.   With the rain clearing today, the winds are still at force, averaging over 46km/h since Wednesday.  Published 13 Feb 2017.  Mount Lawley WA 6050
