The high-profile lawyer representing Senator
Linda Reynolds in her defamation case against Brittany Higgins has been slapped
with a hefty fine for professional misconduct.........
In March, Linda
Reynolds was awarded a $90,000 settlement and an apology from the ACT government
after its former director of public prosecutions made defamatory allegations
against her. It includes $70,000 and
$20,000 in legal costs.
Not enough apparently, she is still determined to sue Higgins for hurt feelings.
