Sam Haddad, 45, was arrested on
Friday at his Fairfield home and has been released on bail.
Police say he yelled "he's not leaving
alive" referring to the teenager who is accused of stabbing the Assyrian
Orthodox bishop in the riot that erupted outside the church in south-west
Sydney.
Mr Haddad is the third person to be arrested
over the riot, with 19-year-old Doonside man Dani Mansour charged on Wednesday
night and granted strict bail by a magistrate the next day.
