Concert pianist Florence Le was having a mental health crisis.
The 28 year old much-loved music teacher was picked up to celebrate the last day of Chinese New Year in Cabramatta and posed for happy photos with her family.
Forty-eight hours later, Florence died by suicide inside Liverpool
Hospital.
The hospital assured her family that she would be placed under the
highest level of care, which included 24/7 supervision.
But on February 26, when she was left alone for more than 20
minutes, she took her own life.
A spokesperson for the South Western Sydney Local Health District said that as the case had been referred to the coroner, they were unable to make any further comment.
