Inspector Amy Scott, hero of Westfield stabbing massacre

 

Insp Amy Scott  (second from the left) was recognised for her courage while stationed as a sergeant in 2019.

And yesterday she did it again.

First police officer on the scene of the Westfield stabbing frenzy in Bondi Junction yesterday, she sprinted through the top level and confronted the man, and when he lunged at her, she shot and killed him.
