Police allege Samantha Murphy was murdered by Patrick Orren Stephenson, 22, on February 4 after she left her Ballarat East home to go for a morning run.
He is from the Ballarat area and the son of former AFL player Orren Stephenson.
Today, a fresh search has been launched for Samantha
Murphy's body more than 30km away from Ballarat.
The park is less than 30km away from where the
body of 23 year old Hannah McGuire was discovered in a burnt out car on Friday.
