Guns are out for Coles and Woolworths

Supermarkets with more than A$5 billion ($3.3 billion) in annual revenue - which at present are Woolworths, Coles and Aldi, should be forced to comply with the code of conduct that has until now been voluntary.

How did this happen, a code of conduct set up to control big supermarkets and it's voluntary?  What a pathetic joke.........
